The Arizona Cardinals wasted little time making their way to the practice field after landing in London
They signed a few autographs, took a few pictures but for the Arizona Cardinals it was mostly business once they set foot in London on Tuesday morning.
After leaving Phoenix at 5:00 p.m. local time on Monday afternoon, the Cardinals landed in London at about 3:00 a.m. London time. To work out the kinks from the long flight, the Cardinals went to the practice field.
Pictures show a cloudy day on a beautiful looking practice field next to a castle. It seemed strange at first but with the team all wearing their Cardinals red, gray, and black, all seemed just right.
Coach Bruce Arians on Monday said they would head straight to the field for a workout after the flight. It makes sense. Being on a plane for 10 hours can be difficult, even on a plane that had extra comfort room like the Cardinals flight on Virgin Atlantic.

They arrived in London more than two days ahead of their opponent on Sunday, the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams just played in Jacksonville on Sunday and stayed on the east coast this week before they head to London on Thursday.
The decision to remain on the mainland until Thursday is an interesting one. However the Rams have made this trip before and know what to expect.
The Cardinals can’t be faulted for leaving on Monday. This will give them a very good opportunity to shake off any jet lag and will have acclimated to the time change by the time Sunday rolls around.
Word is the Cardinals could see some rain during the week in practice. Current forecast shows possibly some rain on Sunday morning in London but gone by the time the two teams kick off at 6:00 p.m local time.
