Grade: A. This was the reset the Arizona Cardinals desperately needed. From coaching staff to quarterback to nearly every position group, there are new faces that are expected to be more impactful than the old ones. The only players that remain from the Cardinals team of old are the stars that the team can build around. I give this an A, because, after a 3-13 season, this was what they were supposed to do.
