Not only is Arizona Cardinals training camp about to take place, many fantasy sites are only a few weeks from opening registration

The Arizona Cardinals have a lot of unknowns going into training camp and the 2019 regular season.  However, good or bad one thing always remains constant, fantasy football.

The Cardinals will have a number of offensive weapons at their disposal this season.  It’s just a matter of how each will perform, however there is a lot of excitement around new head coach Kilff Kingsbury’s Air Raid offense, which will see most snaps from the shotgun formation.

So who are going to be the top fantasy options for the Cardinals this season?  Let’s take a look at who we project falls into the top five.

#5 Cardinals Defense

You might be thinking all offense with the Cardinals but let’s not forget the defense.  Vance Joseph‘s defense has some ballers on board.

It all starts up front and the middle going from a 4-3 to a 3-4.  Chandler Jones can move back a bit from the line.  He lead the NFL in sacks in 2017.

The secondary should be strong without cornerback Patrick Peterson for the first six weeks.  Robert Alford and rookie Byron Murphy along with Tremaine Brock at corner.  Let’s also not forget Budda Baker and rookie Deionte Thompson at safety.
