Chandler Jones: Defensive Player of the Year

Chandler Jones has been one of the best defenders in the league since joining the Arizona Cardinals. During that time, Jones has racked up 60 sacks dominating the opposing quarterbacks. In 2019, Jones finished second in the DPOY race after a stellar season.

Jones accumulated 19 sacks, 40 pressures, eight forced fumbles, and 26 QB hits. He has solidified himself among the leagues best and continuing his streak of dominance is pivotal for the 2020 campaign. In the spirit of team success, Jones will play a vital role if the Cardinals desire to become a playoff team this season.

First comes team success, next will be individual accolades. Some would label Jones as an underrated player due to lack of media recognition. If Chandler Jones has a repeat performance this season, he will have a convincing argument for Defensive Player of the Year!
