Arizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins game-winning touchdown earned him the week 10 game ball.

With 11 seconds left on the clock, Kyler Murray heaved a prayer up to DeAndre Hopkins, who came down with it over three Bills defenders, to give Arizona the 32-30 win. Hopkins finished the night with 127 yards on seven receptions, and a touchdown.

This week was Hopkins’ best since October 25, as his game against Seattle saw him finish with just 30 yards on three receptions.

Zane Gonzalez was also a dark horse in Sunday’s victory. He went 1-for-2 last week against the Miami Dolphins, with his only miss being a game-tying field goal that would have sent it to overtime. Gonzalez went 4-for-4 tonight to keep the Cardinals in the game, and eventually win.

So far this season, Gonzalez is 11-for-15, with his longest being from 56 against the 49ers in week one.

With Gonzalez keeping the Cardinals in the game, it was up to Murray to bring the team back trailing 23-9 in the second half. On Arizona’s second possession in the third quarter, Murray went 5-for-5 with a rushing touchdown to narrow the deficit. He also targeted Hopkins frequently throughout the second half to bring the team back.

Murray finished 22-for-32 with 245 passing yards and a touchdown. He would also finish with 61 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns, which would make him the first player since Cam Newton in 2011 to have at least 10 rushing touchdowns in a season.

The run game was also fluent, as Kenyan Drake made his first appearance since October 25. Drake finished with 100 rushing yards, while counterpart Chase Edmonds finished with 56 yards on eight carries. Edmonds also had 21 receiving yards on three receptions.

The defense played slightly better than last week as well, with the return of Byron Murphy and Devon Kennard, who finished with a combined five tackles.

Cornerbacks Patrick Peterson and Dre Kirkpatrick each had one interception on quarterback Josh Allen, which helped put the Cardinals in scoring position. While Arizona did not put up any points on the takeaways, it stopped any momentum the Bills had.

Arizona’s victory will be short-lived, as the team will travel to Seattle this week for a Thursday night game against the Seahawks.
