Please don’t let anyone open the roof for the Arizona Cardinals

This topic was a passionate article I had written back after the first embarrassing loss to the L.A. Rams at home. There is no doubt about it that the Cardinals play worse when the roof is open.

As I mentioned in the article above, there’s no weather advantage for the Cardinals to gain by opening the giant toaster. However, unless the team opted to shut off A.C. in September and make everyone sweat, then that would be a game-changer.

But that’s exactly what the stadium was designed to do- keep fans and teams cool and let Arizona open the season at home, something that didn’t occur from 1988 to 2006. Not to mention their abysmal 21-23 record when they decide to open the roof.

It’s simple. Don’t. Open.The.Roof.
