The little Arizona Cardinals pass catcher that could: Greg Dortch- Wide Receiver

The deepest area of the Cards roster, without question, is the wide receiver position. Earning a spot on the squad with the likes of DeAndre Hopkins, Marquise Brown, A.J. Green, and Rondale Moore ahead of you on the depth chart would be no easy task for any young pass-catcher who attempts to do so.

Greg Dortch, a 24-year old who has spent time with five different franchises, is doing everything he can to sell himself to the Arizona coaching staff. For the second consecutive summer, the diminutive Dortch (5 foot 7,175 pounds) has been one of the stars of the “Big Red” training camp.

As deep as they are at wideout, the Cardinals still need to find a place for Dortch in Kliff Kingsbury’s weekly gameplans. If that occurs, the former undrafted free agent could emerge as one of the club’s surprise contributors of 2022.
