Receiver-By-Committee

The Arizona Cardinals will not have DeAndre Hopkins and they also had Rondale Moore and Zach Ertz listed as questionable on Monday. Either way, quarterback Kyler Murray and the Cardinals offense still have more than enough talent at receiver and tight end in what is truly a next man up fashion.

Maxx Williams showed last season he can be a reliable pass catcher before tearing is ACL. He can fill in if he is ready to go on Sunday. And we all knew what Trey McBride accomplished during his college days. If Ertz can go, the Cardinals are in great shape. But even if he can’t, they still have two talented tight ends the Chiefs need to account for.

The same goes with the receivers. Marquise Brown will be ready to go as the WR1 and A.J. Green showed in 2021 that he can still be a productive player in the league. While it will hurt if the Cardinals are without the surehanded Rondale Moore, they have two players with similar size and speed in Andy Isabella and Greg Dortch.

Isabella and Dortch shined in training camp and in the preseason. And while their production mainly came against backups, they still showed they can be an integral part of the offense if called upon.
