2 – Black helmets and black jerseys permanently

I love traditional NFL uniforms as much as the next guy, but something about the black jerseys and helmets just works on the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals often rank near the bottom in most of the league’s uniform rankings, but a nice little switch up would work wonders.

However, I would like to see the shoulder panels on the road jerseys and the side panels on both jerseys return to the 2000s where they belong. But if there is one word to describe the Cardinals wearing predominantly black, it is intimidating. And that’s why I love this look.

No, they haven’t won much in their black jerseys and are 0-1 in the black helmets, but at least they played a decent game this past Sunday. Overall, I can’t see this occurring until 2024, as it often takes two years to change a uniform. But if the Cardinals went with black as the primary, with red and white as the secondary, they will look SHARP.
