The Cardinals are in the midst of filling their new coaching staff, as well as determining what they should do with Kyler Murray. However, some big news broke today surrounding the future location of the team’s practice facility.
The Cardinals officially put a shovel in the ground at their new $200 million state-of-the-art practice facility located in North Phoenix, set to open in 2028. Many prominent figures within the Cardinals organization were present for the ceremony.
Owner Michael Bidwell, along with general manager Monti Ossenfort and new head coach Mike LaFleur, were all there. Notable players such as safety Budda Baker, wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., and tight end Trey McBride were also in attendance.
Baker, entering his ten,th season with the team, in particular expressed his gratitude to be in Arizona.
"Everyone loves being in Arizona as a whole, and to have a state-of-the-art facility like this will only do great things for the community, but also for the players," Baker said. "Investing into our futures is definitely exciting."

The Cardinals are coming off a three-win season, resulting in the firing of their head coach, and are coupled with a variety of changes. Some of it is good, some of it is bad. But to see upper management prioritizing on-field production by implementing a brand new practice facility is truly awesome to see.
Arizona will have a lot of positions to fill on its roster, including quarterback, offensive line, and defensive line. We have all the confidence in the world in Monti Ossenfort to fill the needs necessary to make the Cardinals competitive again.
The Cardinals have a new facility on the way, and while it will take time to complete, it is something to look forward to down the road.
