It's anyone's guess for what the Arizona Cardinals will do in the NFL Draft this April, as multiple needs must be addressed by upper management if the team wants any chance of being competitive in 2026.
One of the biggest questions right now is who the team’s signal caller will be in the new year, as all signs point to quarterback Kyler Murray’s days in the desert being over. While the Cardinals relied on Jacoby Brissett for the remainder of the year, he is by no means the answer going forward.
It would not be a surprise if general manager Monti Ossenfort chooses to pair a young quarterback in the draft with whatever head coach he decides to hire. However, that idea might change after his potential target saw his value take a massive hit in his most recent outing.

Oregon QB Dante Moore saw his draft stock take a hit after CFP semi-final performance
First off, Dante Moore declaring for the draft is up in the air, as the 20-year-old just wrapped up his sophomore year at Oregon, where he threw for 3,565 yards and 30 touchdowns. A solid campaign, to say the least. However, despite an incredible season, Moore struggled in a game that determined Oregon’s fate in the College Football Playoff.
In the Chick-fil-a Peach Bowl against the No. 1 seed Indiana Hoosiers, Moore completed 24-of-39 passes for 285 yards with two touchdown passes but turned it over three times. Throwing a pick-six on the first play of the game while fumbling twice.
A lot of Moore’s passing yards came in garbage time, which raises concern about how he will fare at the NFL level. He is so young and would benefit from another year of college.
It will be interesting to see what Moore’s decision will be, and how it will influence Ossenfort’s draft process.
