With the Wild Card round of the playoffs officially wrapped up, more candidates have become available for the Cardinals to interview for their head coaching vacancy. Previously held by Jonathan Gannon, who is in fact interviewing for not only a pair of coordinator roles, but also the Tennessee Titans head coaching position.
For the Cardinals, with the Panthers, Packers, Jaguars, Eagles, and Chargers all eliminated from the playoffs, it is a fair game for them to interview any staffers they see as potential fits for their head coaching gig.
Bo Brack of PHNX Sports reported that the Cardinals plan to interview the following coordinators/assistants: Rams OC Mike Lafleur, Packers DC Jeff Hafley, ex-Falcons HC Raheem Morris, Chiefs OC Matt Nagy, Seahawks OC Klint Kubuiak, 49ers DC Robert Saleh, Broncos DC Vance Joseph, Dolphins DC Anthony Weaver, and Patriots passing game coordinator Thomas Brown.

Of these nine, the Cardinals can conduct their interviews with Matt Nagy, Anthony Weaver, Raheem Morris, and Jeff Hafley as soon as tomorrow. The rest are still actively competing for a Super Bowl, so they are off limits until seasons end.
General manager Monti Ossenfort has found himself a nice pool of candidates who come from different backgrounds. From a candidate who was a head coach of his own this season in Raheem Morris, to some of the league’s best coordinators in Mike Lafleur and Vance Joseph, who lead some of the best offensive and defensive units in football.
If we’re being completely honest, the Cardinals' head coaching job is not as attractive as some of the other openings. With a quarterback situation with no answer yet, coupled with a defense that needs rebuilding, it's up to the candidate to determine if they want the opportunity.
It will be interesting to see what transpires over the next week or so regarding interviews, but as of now, the Cardinals have their eyes on nine guys with more to come.
