Cardinals Pulling from the Bottom of the Quarterback Bucket Again

The Arizona Cardinals are  joining forces with quarterback Brodie Coyle.  Oh joy, let the good times begin!  Coyle, formerly of the Kansas City Chiefs, is needed with John Skelton and Max Hall nursing injuries.  Hall’s could be more serious, but both quarterbacks look to miss Saturday night’s game against the San Diego Chargers.

Coyle is nothing more than an insurance policy the Cards had better hope never has to be cashed in.  We know Kevin Kolb is the guy, but the Cards are going to need a number two and if Richard Bartel can not secure the number two spot and Skelton is hurt, in comes Coyle.

With eight career touchdowns and nine career interceptions he should be a great addition to the Cards.  Coyle’s best season was in 2007 when he threw for six touchdowns and six interceptions, 1,227 yards.
