Yesterday the Arizona Cardinals held their annual pre-training camp Fan Fest.  The fest was held at University of Phoenix Stadium, which yesterday was also officially announced as the new site of Cards Camp 2013.  The session included several things, including an autograph session with the fans, which is always a favorite.

Cards defensive end Darnell Dockett sported an interesting face mask during practice.  I heard someone compare it to the character Bane from Batman.  I saw it and I don’t know if I’d go that far but it was certainly interesting.  My only question is how does that dude see out of his mask with all that nonsense?  One thing is for sure.  If he were to sport that in a game, no one is touching his face at all.

The Cards also showed off their four pro-bowlers from last season.  One of them, Lorenzo Alexander, was with the Washington Redskins, however was honored by head coach Bruce Arians for his accomplishment nonetheless.  Classy move.

Many Cards players took to Twitter after the event, which was held this year during the first day of their three-day minicamp.  Larry Fitzgerald, Ryan Lindley, Rob Housler, Dockett, Tony Jefferson, Kerry Taylor, Daryn Colledge, Dan Buckner, and Scott Wedige all sent out tweets thanking fans for attending.  They may not be the best team in the NFL but they sure have class.  Can’t wait for training camp.
