Arizona Cardinals Roster Profile: Zach Bauman

As the Arizona Cardinals finish off the off-season in preparation for the start of training camp on July 25th in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are going to take a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands.  Next up is running back Zach Bauman.

2013 season: He was a senior at Northern Arizona University.  He rushed for 1,059 yards and 16 touchdowns in 2013, leading NAU to the NCAA FCS Playoffs.  He rushed for over 1,000 yards in all four of his seasons for the Lumberjacks.

2014: I see him as a dark horse to make this roster.  He is under-sized at 5-7 but I think he has a legitimate chance to crack the roster or at the very least be a practice squad player.  He has great rushing skills and the ability to make people miss.  His size will work against him but I wouldn’t count him out. I’m looking forward to his training camp.
