Arizona Cardinals Roster Profile: Darren Fells

As the Arizona Cardinals finish off the off-season in preparation for the start of training camp on July 25th in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are going to take a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands. Next up is tight end Darren Fells.
2013 season: He was with the Seattle Seahawks for a short while in the off-season prior to the 2013 campaign.
2014 season: I guess you could say we don’t know much about Darren Fells the football player. He has little experience. He didn’t even play in college at UC-Irvine. He was a basketball player. He has the size and the body of a tight end though. 6’7 281 tight ends don’t grow on trees. He’s not going to be much more than a camp body though realistically with the veteran tight ends on the roster in front of him. It’s a nice story but in reality there isn’t much future as a Cardinal.
