As the Arizona Cardinals finish off the off-season in preparation for the start of training camp on July 25th in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are going to take a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands. Next up is wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald.

2013 season: Fitz had his second consecutive sub 1,000-yard season with 954 yards receiving.  It was a nice improvement though over a tough 2012 season.  He still managed to grab 82 passes from quarterback Carson Palmer.  His biggest contribution was his touchdown production, which increased to 10 in 2013 over only four he had in 2012.

2014 season:  At one point last year some fans wanted to trade him while they thought he still had value.  They were right.  He still does have a lot of value, as an Arizona Cardinals receiver.  We must prepare ourselves with the idea this could be the last season in a Cards uniform for Fitz.  I hope it isn’t but his cap number is huge in 2015.  I hope he retires a Cardinal but that’s still a ways off.  He’s only 30 and still very exciting to watch.
