Arizona Cardinals Roster Profile: Brittan Golden

As the Arizona Cardinals finish off the off-season in preparation for the start of training camp on July 25th in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are going to take a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands.  Next up is wide receiver Brittan Golden.

2013 season: Golden had the opportunity to show his stuff last season for the Cardinals.  He was remembered for his two huge receptions against the two biggest division rivals on the road.  He had a huge 53-yard reception against the San Francisco 49ers and then he got hurt.  He returned late in the season and had a huge 63-yard reception against the Seattle Seahawks.

2014 season: I would love to see him make the squad.  He could get pushed out due to a numbers game but I expect him to be there at final cut time at worst.  He is an exciting receiver and could find his way onto the final roster as the fourth or fifth receiver.  Like I said though there are a number of guys who fit that mold.  It will come down to his preseason production.  If he doesn’t make this squad I truly believe there is a home somewhere for him.
