As the Arizona Cardinals finish off the off-season in preparation for the start of training camp on July 25th in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are going to take a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands.  Next up is inside linebacker Kevin Minter.

2013 season: Minter, drafted out of LSU, played sparingly in 13 games in his rookie season.  Almost all of it was played on special teams and not on the defensive side of the ball.  He had a total of four tackles.

2014 season: Minter is the guy everyone, organization and fans alike, are going to look at to fill the void of the suspended Daryl Washington.  Having little professional experience at this point many believe it is Minter’s time to show what he has and what he can do.  He possesses the skills and the Cards believe in his leadership potential.  He will be the one making the defensive calls on the field.  I’m just as high on Minter as the team is. He isn’t Washington but he is certainly someone I’m glad to have on the Cards side.
