As the Arizona Cardinals are in preparation for the season with training camp now in full swing in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are taking a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands.  Next up is quarterback Logan Thomas.

2013 season: Thomas was 227-402 for 2,907 yards with 16 touchdowns and 13 interceptions for Virginia Tech.  He also rushed 162 times for 344 yards.  His last game was against UCLA in the Sun Bowl.

2014 season: Drafted in the fifth-round by the Cards, Thomas was seen as a project but someone with a great arm.  He tends to overthrow and miss his target a lot, which is a concern.  He hasn’t been especially impressive in practice however he played very well in the preseason opener against the Houston Texans.   He went 11-2 for 113 yards and a touchdown last Saturday night.  He is officially fourth on the Cards depth chart, however it seems like he is certainly headed for third on that chart soon.
