Usually after the second game of the preseason you can find maybe one or two guys that probably won’t be around after roster cuts.  However, the Arizona Cardinals will have plenty of guys to look at when cutting players here starting next week and into the final cuts after the fourth preseason game.

These are the guys I see who probably lost their jobs with the Cards after tonight’s performances in the 30-28 loss to the Minnesota Vikings.  Mind you some of these guys may make it to the final round of cuts just to get one or two more final looks but to me it is fairly certain these guys will not make the final 53.

Jay Feely – I was on his side up until tonight’s game.  He has been solid for the Cards in his time here and didn’t think many fans were giving him a fair shake.  I still am not sure the Cards gave him a fair shot with field goals, or lack thereof when they decided to keep going for it on fourth down Saturday night instead of attempting field goals.  However, Feely just isn’t cutting it on kickoffs.  He didn’t even sniff the end zone with his kickoffs against the Vikings.  I truly believe now Chandler Catanzaro will be your new kicker.

Bradley Sowell – The third-year tackle played like this was his first year.  Too many penalties.  He false started his way out of a job Saturday night.  Three times he had a false start penalty called against him in crucial situations.

Ryan Lindley – We all pretty much knew his chances were slim anyway but he certainly sealed the deal with his horrendous performance.  He went 8-15 for 64 yards but didn’t look good most of the night.  He overthrew his receivers on short routes and threw to receivers on wrong sides on deeper routes.  He looked like a quarterback resigned to the fact he isn’t making this team.  I’m just disappointed that he didn’t do anything to help himself in showing the other 31 teams what he can do.  He has probably thrown his last ball for the Cards.

JoJo Dickson – Missing open field tackles and allowing the guy you missed to scamper down the field when you had the guy for a loss is unacceptable.  Those are the plays that must be made if you want to make this team.

Other disappointments Saturday night whose time may be running short: Adrian Tracy, Orhian Johnson, Brandon Sermons, Jalen Parmele, Walt Powell
