The Arizona Cardinals may be off today but that doesn’t mean we still aren’t paying attention to what is going on around the rest of the NFL.  In fact there are six teams on a bye this week in week four of the NFL.  For NFL fans, that’s three less games.  Not much as fun but still plenty of good games on the schedule.  Here are this weeks predictions.

Thurs night:

New York Giants at Washington Redskins – The Giants finally got a win on Sunday but Kirk Cousins is looking good.  Washington 45 New York 30

Sunday:

Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears – Bears showing they are for real and I think something is really wrong with the Packers.  The Bears send the Packers to 1-3 with a 31-17 victory.

Buffalo Bills at Houston Texans – This is a pick’em game.  That won’t be stopping me from including it in my wager in Las Vegas this weekend.  Houston 19 Buffalo 18

Tennessee Titans at Indianapolis Colts – Indianapolis offense looks fine.  Tennessee’s is anything but.  Indy 30-10

Carolina Panthers at Baltimore Ravens – The Panthers pass rush was exposed on Sunday night.  Baltimore 29 Carolina 14

Detroit Lions at New York Jets – Third straight game for Jets against NFC North.  No luck so far and that will continue.  Jets keep beating themselves.  Lions will win this one 23-21

Tampa Bay at Pittsburgh Steelers – You thought Tampa had trouble scoring last week?  Pittsburgh 51 Tampa 0

Miami Dolphins at Oakland Raiders – Oakland is going to get their first win.  Miami’s win over New England was a mirage and honestly Oakland looked better on the road against the Pats in a loss.  Oakland 27 Miami 13

Atlanta Falcons at Minnesota Vikings – Teddy Bridgewater is the new starter in Minnesota.  Atlanta proving it can score and fast though.  Atlanta 32 Minnesota 21

Philadelphia Eagles at San Francisco 49ers – Niners killing themselves with penalties.  Philly comes in 3-0.  I have a hard time seeing the Niners dropping to 1-3 though.  San Francisco 31 Philadelphia 27

San Diego Chargers at Jacksonville Jaguars – Jacksonville is awful.  San Diego is not.  San Diego 55 Jacksonville 10

Sunday night:

New Orleans Saints at Dallas Cowboys – Another road game for the Saints, but it’s in Dallas.  New Orleans wins 50-49 in a “defensive battle”.

Monday night:

New England Patriots at Kansas City Chiefs – Pats can’t muster any offense.  Neither can KC.  So that means KC will win this 6-5 in a nail biter.
