Eagles receiver Jeremy Maclin also was knocked out on the same play but he was able to return to the game.  The one who caused the hit, Cards safety Deone Bucannon, also got up from the play and was able to remain in the game.

Peterson is able to practice but he still has one more test he must pass before the doctors will clear him to play this Sunday.  All indications seem to be though that he is fine and will be available to play this Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.

Peterson’s play has been sporadic and frustrating to watch at times but as a fan you still want him to be in there.  He’ll improve.  First though he needs to pass his test to be able to play this Sunday.
