The Arizona Cardinals practiced on Tuesday in preparation for their game Thursday night against the St. Louis Rams

The Arizona Cardinals practiced again on Tuesday as they continue to get ready to play in St. Louis on Thursday Night Football.  They released their injury report this afternoon and there was a little better news on Tuesday as opposed to Monday.

The best news the Cardinals provided was that cornerback Antonio Cromartie returned to practice as a limited participant.  He did not practice at all on Monday.  He rolled his ankle on Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs and tests revealed no major damage.  He had been carted off in the second half of Sunday’s win.

As for the rest of the crew, there were still several Cardinals that were limited on Tuesday.  That list included linebacker Lorenzo Alexander, defensive tackle Ed Stinson. quarterback Drew Stanton, linebacker Matt Shaughnessy, linebacker Larry Foote, and tackle Jared Veldheer.  Guard Paul Fanaike did not practice.

On the other hand, the St. Louis Rams appear to be pretty healthy.  The only player who did not practice in full on Tuesday was defensive end Chris Long.  That is a huge advantage for them not having man injuries to deal with.

As for the Cards, there is no word if any of the injured players will or will not play but no one has been ruled out yet.  The Cardinals will practice in the morning on Wednesday and then head to St. Louis in the afternoon.
