Arizona Cardinals Could Face Busy July

As we usher out June and usher in July, the NFL Lockout is still on but depending on who you believe, the Arizona Cardinals and the rest of the NFL could be close to a deal or could be as far away from a deal as they were when this whole thing started in March.

If a deal is made in the next week or two, get ready for non-stop Cards news.  Quarterback, cornerback, offensive line issues will all be dealt with.  Some say the Cards aren’t prepared for all that will hit them come end of lockout.  I don’t buy that for a second.  If the Cards have learned anything, it is be prepared, especially after the season they just came off.  I highly doubt the front office hasn’t been trying to figure out what moves will be made first.

I can’t make any guarantee’s of course, but I suspect quarterback will be the first issue resolved and then everything else will fall into place.  As of right now it sounds like the owners are optimistic a deal will fall into place.  Players, well not so much.  A deal will get done I have no doubts.  It is just a matter of when.  July though could be the month we finally land Kevin Kolb once and for all.
