The Arizona Cardinals have a couple new names that made it to the first injury report for the game against the St. Louis Rams
The Arizona Cardinals came out of the Dallas Cowboys game with few injury issues. They didn’t lose anybody for an extended period of time. That’s the good news. The not so good news was there were a couple new names that popped up today for Wednesday’s practice.

Cardinals offensive lineman Bobby Massie did not practice on Wednesday. It is reported by Kent Somers of azcentral.com that he expects to practice on Thursday. All that was reported was that it was a knee issue. We’ll of course check back on his status tomorrow.
RT Bobby Massie (right knee) says he'll practice Thur, confident he'll play Sunday. Lorenzo Alexander, Stepfan Taylor also out Wed.

As for the other Cardinals name new to the list? It is linebacker Lorenzo Alexander. No word on his status for Thursday or the rest of the week. The linebacker position has been pretty stable this year after becoming a turnstile last season.
As you can see from Somers’ tweet, also out is running back Stepfan Taylor. He is officially listed as doubtful for the Cardinals this Sunday. That is no surprise given the fact they expected him to be out multiple weeks.
As for the St. Louis Rams, there was no immediate word on their injury report from Wednesday’s practice. Of course as we know they lost receiver Brian Quick and offensive tackle Jake Long were lost the week before last for the season.
