Fitz made a 12-yard catch on third and 11 as the Cardinals were driving to get a first down and run out the clock since the Lions were out of timeouts. He appeared to be fine after the hit but after the game the Cardinals announced that he would have an MRI today.
According to Kent Somers of azcentral.com, he has a grade 2 MCL sprain. That is good news.

There has been nothing official released on the MRI yet but it sure sounds like good news on Fitz. He looked to be fine on that last drive on Sunday, so I would expect nothing major to come from the MRI.
Fitz had two receptions for 33 yards on Sunday, including that big 12-yard one I just mentioned. He was targeted four times on Sunday. He is someone that Cardinals quarterback Drew Stanton relies on as a weapon. Stanton completed six passes to him in the game at the New York Giants earlier in the season.
Fitz has been much more involved in the offense over the last several weeks. He had nine receptions 112 yards against the St. Louis Rams last week and had seven receptions for 160 yards, including a 75-yard touchdown catch and run against the Philadelphia Eagles three weeks ago.
