2014 season record: 2-14
Top additions: QB Jameis Winston, S Chris Conte, LB Bruce Carter
Top departures: QB Josh McCown, S Dashon Goldson, OT Anthony Collins
2015 projection: 5-11, 4th NFC South, miss playoffs
Tampa Bay probably was the best place for Jameis Winston to go being so close to his college home. He also is automatically the number one man ahead of Mike Glennon, who has been rumored to be on the trading block. The Arizona Cardinals have been rumored to be a possible landing spot for Glennon. If Winston pans out, Glennon will never see the field in Tampa save for injury.
Again this is a team that didn’t do enough to improve greatly from one season to the next but Winston could pay dividends a few years down the road. It will be tough sledding once again in Tampa Bay.
