4. John Brown, Wide Receiver

After Chandler Catanzaro, John “Smokey” Brown was the most productive rookie for the Arizona Cardinals. The third rounder out of Pittsburg State was a welcomed surprise for Arizona Cardinals staff and fans alike.

John Brown finished his rookie season with 696 receiving yards, and 5 touchdowns. His production slowed down towards the end of the season due to the lack of a reliable quarterback. Despite this Brown still managed to have a fruitful rookie season.

John Brown will need to skip the sophomore slumps since Michael Floyd’s injury is expected to keep him out a couple weeks. John Brown should have a featured role in the offense as a reliable #2 receiver until Floyd returns.
