The Arizona Cardinals were greeted by two people at the airport Monday morning and apparently this is an issue
Let’s be honest Arizona Cardinals fans. How many of you were actually going to go greet the team at the airport early Monday morning if they had defeated the Carolina Panthers? I know I wasn’t. If you were, well more power to you and thank you for the effort!
However how many of you are usually sleeping at 3 a.m. and have a job to get to in the morning? I know that boat is full of many of you.
The fact that media locally and around the country continue to make a huge deal about the Cardinals only having two people show up at the airport at 3 a.m. is mind boggling. It really is. We all love our Cardinals. However many of us like our sleep and like the paychecks we earn to go watch the Cardinals play.
Besides, where in the world where fans going to go? There was no place staged to officially greet the team. The area of the airport where the players get off the plane and go to their vehicles is inaccessible by the general public.
We're just going to leave this here...

This is kind of.... Sad. Fans show up at Phoenix airport to thank the Cardinals. And by Fans, I mean two. Two Fans. https://t.co/VwCz5HmNS6

Listen, we all love our Cardinals. If the support at the airport Saturday morning didn’t tell you that my friends, I don’t know what else I can tell you? The fact this continues to make rounds amongst discussion just tells me people have no common sense.
