Jermaine Gresham, TE

Before he signed with the Cardinals in the offseason least year right before training camp I thought Gresham was one of the better guys to target in free agency.  The Cardinals needed a veteran tight end.  Well, the Cardinals got him alright but now he may not be around for much longer.

Gresham almost immediately experienced issues around his injury he suffered with the Cincinnati Bengals prior to coming to Arizona.  Guys like Darren Fells stepped up last season.  The Cardinals also have Ifeyani Momah who was having a great preseason prior to being lost for the season.  He comes back, along with Troy Niklas, and 2015 draft pick Gerald Christian, who was also lost for the season in 2015 back in training camp.

The writing is on the wall, Gresham may already be the odd man out and that could be before training camp even gets going.  While Gresham is a talent, being healthy is key in order to show that every Sunday on the field.
