7. Tony Jefferson’s game-clinching interception against the Baltimore Ravens

Tony Jefferson made some nice plays this season, including an interception return for touchdown in week two against the Chicago Bears.  However there may have been no bigger play all season to save a game than the play Jefferson made against the Ravens on Monday Night Football.

The Ravens drive started at their own 24-yard line with 1:53 left in the game.  Quarterback Joe Flacco took his team all the way down to the Arizona four-yard line.  With 13 seconds remaining in the game Flacco lobbed a pass into the end zone where Jefferson made a nice over the shoulder grab to secure the eight-point victory over the Ravens.

In a drive that appeared was going to result in a possible game-tying situation that would have sent the game to overtime, Jefferson instead sent every Cardinals fan home happy and on time.
