Week 6: New York Jets 5:30 p.m. ESPN Monday Night Football

This game had Monday Night Football written all over it.  First, we knew ESPN would find a way to get them on.  Secondly, this was one of the most attractive home games.  The Jets are coming off just missing the playoffs in 2015.

The good news: The Jets know as much about their current quarterback situation as we know who the Cardinals are taking at number 29 in the first round.  Clearly the Jets will have it figured out by October. Although their offense has some good play makers like Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker, if they have Geno Smith running things behind center, it could be a good night for the Cards offense.

The bad news: The Jets have a good defense.  If they have Ryan Fitzpatrick as their quarterback, he can make some plays and keep the Jets in the game until the end.

Prediction: Right now this is a hard game to predict (but I’ll do it anyway).  Still a lot to happen between now and then but with this being the Jets first visit to University of Phoenix Stadium, they may be in for a rude awakening with the loud crowd.  Cardinals should win.
