1. Bruce Arians

Who else could be the number one guy in Arizona?  Many of us go around saying “In Bruce we trust”.  Fans immediately gravitated to Arians because of his personality.

Arians, who is loved by players as much as the fans, will always be honest with you.  When he wants to keep things close to the vest though and not always give 100 truth, you will likely know he isn’t giving everything away.  He jokes around but knows when to be serious.

He doesn’t give jobs away.  He makes everyone on the roster work for their job no matter who they are.  A straight-shooter who does great things for the team and the community, he has said this will be his last coaching job.

After going 10-6 and just missing the playoffs in 2013, he went 11-5 in 2014 and 13-3 in 2015. Most expect much of the same in 2016.  He, along with general manager Steve Keim, have made mostly smart moves since arriving in the desert.  If something looks broke, they have always looked to fix it the best way they can.

Of course bringing in quarterback Carson Palmer was the best move during his tenure.  Many saw Palmer as a stop-gap quarterback until they could find a younger replacement for their future. Although the Cardinals are still looking for that future quarterback, Palmer has been anything but a stop-gap.
