Another undrafted free agent out of Notre Dame, Farley has impressed a number of people out at camp this month. Farley is part of another position though that has a lot of competition.

The Cardinals have a lot of depth at safety, so it appears unlikely they could find a regular-season spot for Farley, no matter how hard and how well Farley plays this weekend or next week in the preseason finale.

He is another prime candidate though for the practice squad, assuming someone else doesn’t snatch him up first. He should survive the first round of cuts on Tuesday but Thursday will likely be his last opportunity, at least for now, to find himself in a Cardinals uniform September 11th.

He’s been one of the more impressive rookies in camp for the Cardinals. We all knew coming into camp though there were going to be precious few spots. A guy like Marqui Christian though is going to beat him out if it comes down to the two of them.
