Jared Cook

2016 team: Green Bay Packers

Cook at times looked like a fantastic free agent pickup for the Green Bay Packers last season. Coming over from the Rams, we were not too upset to see him leave the division.  He’s always played well against the Cardinals.

Cook made the huge fourth-quarter reception to help give the Packers the playoff victory over the Dallas Cowboys.  His great hands make him very attractive.

Cook only played in 10 games last season but still finished with 30 receptions for 377-yards receiving with one touchdown.  He had a career-high 52 receptions in 2014 with the then St. Louis Rams.

Cook only makes sense for the Cardinals though if they decide to move on from another free agent, Jermaine Gresham.  He will also command a higher-paid contract.

If Gresham leaves, despite the lack of attention the Cardinals sometimes give the position, they could find themselves in the running for Cook’s services.
