An Optimist’s View of the 2017 Arizona Cardinals Schedule

The Seahawks have been one of the league’s best teams in recent years
The Seattle Seahawks are a great team. They have had ten wins ore more every season for the past five years. In two of those years, they made the Super Bowl, winning it once. They have certainly been the class of the NFC West in recent times.
In 2016, the Seahawks did what they always do. They went 10-5-1, won the division, and won a playoff game. There were some chinks in the armor, though. Defensively, they were terrific, but failed to put up the offensive numbers. They finished 25th in the league in rushing yards, and Russell Wilson was sacked 41 times, second most in the NFL.
Despite the success of the Seahawks, the Cardinals have played them well the past few seasons, recording a 2-1-1 record against them in the past two years. In the game played in Arizona last season, defense reigned, and things ended in a 6-6 tie.
The Cardinals, even in the midst of a down season last year, played with the Seahawks. This will be a battle, but Carson Palmer has found a winning formula against them. Arizona 14 – Seattle 13
