Love him or hate him, Sherman is still a force to be reckoned with.  Some consider him overrated but he still is one of the most talked about defenders in the division, if not all of the NFL.

The Seahawks cornerback, now in his seventh NFL season, is outspoken.  He loves to talk on the field.

In 2016, Sherman had 58 tackles along with four interceptions.  That was up from the two he had in 2015 but still lower than his career-high of eight, set in both 2012 and 2013.

Many still consider him one of the best shut-down corners in the game.  Fans of Patrick Peterson may or may not disagree with that assessment, however he must be doing something right if people still talk about him week in and week out.

In two games against the Cardinals last season, Sherman had eight tackles and three passes defensed.  Although over the past year or two we’ve seen more quarterbacks challenge Sherman, it is still good advice to give to any of the NFC West quarterbacks to do their homework first.

Sherman may be 29 but he can still get the job done more times than not.  He isn’t going anywhere for awhile.
