This will be a trust test for the Cardinals.  They will be going into a hostile environment against a second-year quarterback who had two tales of a season as a rookie.

Carson Wentz was lights out early on his rookie season of 2016.  He tailed off like many expected but hopes are high for now and into the future for Wentz.

The Cardinals got lucky on the schedule with this one.  This will take place in October and not December as the last couple of visits have been.  They likely avoid any chance of snow.

As for the Cardinals, this is the site of David Johnson’s coming out party two years ago.  It is also the same place they lost safety Tyrann Mathieu for the season with a torn ACL. The Cardinals won that visit 40-17.

This time around may just provide the Cardinals with their first loss of the season.  They aren’t going 16-0, sorry to burst your bubble.
