The Good

Larry Fitzgerald

I told you it would be difficult to find good in this one.  Digging deep, even in a 34-7 loss, you can find something good.

After being shut out early, the 14-year receiver caught a pass in the second quarter.  It was his 200th straight game with a reception.  He finished the day with six receptions for 51-yards.

Unfortunately it was overshadowed by the poor overall offensive play.  Hopefully we are talking about game number 201 next week at home.

Carson Palmer

Going to throw Palmer in there as well.  As bad as things were, he didn’t turn the ball over.  He made some nice passes.  He was sacked just twice on Sunday as he stepped up in the pocket and avoided a few.

It just wasn’t nearly enough on Sunday.  For the day, Palmer went 28-44 for 291-yards and a touchdown.  For the season, he now has six touchdown passes and five interceptions.
