The Ugly

Honestly not much from the ugly category on Sunday from the Cardinals.  We haven’t been able to say that much so far this season.

Maybe the Cardinals have started to learn?  This one had the ability to turn ugly had the Cardinals defense not come up big at the end.  Who knows what overtime or a better management of time from the Jaguars would have given us?

Injuries

The only big negative from Sunday was yet another possible serious injury.  The Cardinals lost linebacker Deone Bucannon early on to a leg injury.

He walked off on his own power but it was off to the locker room.  He never returned.  It was the same leg that he had surgery on and caused him to delay his start to the 2017 season.

We will see what an MRI says on Monday.  Luckily it was the only injury we know about.

Post game

Word is that tight end Jermaine Gresham got into a post-game scuffle with Jaguars defensive tackle Malik Jackson.  Supposedly punches were thrown.

If true, not a good look after a good team win.  We don’t know what happened and we will find out more on Monday.
