Justin Pugh

Probably the best free agent pickup for the Cardinals this offseason.  Pugh gave up his east coast living to make his way out west for the first time in his career.

Not only does Pugh fill a huge need on the offensive line, he is another veteran the Cardinals needed on the line.  He spent his first five seasons with the New York Giants.

Pugh garnered a number of fans during his time with the Giants.  He will do the same in Arizona.  He plays hard and is a smart player.

Adding Pugh gives the Cardinals some more possible leadership to the line.  The line now has a good mix of younger and older players.

While Pugh didn’t get the accolades that Mike Iupati did when he came over to the Cardinals in free agency, Pugh may end up having a better Cardinals career as long as he stays healthy.
