Don’t over do it

The Cardinals are going to practice outside at times in the morning.  Those practices will not be open to the public.

I trust the Cardinals in not allowing the team to over do it in this brutal summer heat the Valley has been experiencing as of late.  Hopefully players will stay hydrated.

Also, hopefully the coaches are smart and give the aging veterans the time off they need too.  Guys like receiver Larry Fitzgerald, who are accustomed to getting days off during camp.

We know what certain players can do.  That doesn’t mean sit and do nothing.  They can workout on the side and still do everything else.

Camp is a time to learn, especially with a new coaching staff.  There is going to likely be some growing pains but that is alright.

It is just easy to mis-read the weather.  The team needs to be built tough no doubt but there is a line between risky and dumb.
