Daniel Munyer

The entire backup offensive line wasn’t very good as a whole.  However when you are the center and the guy snapping the ball, you are going to get the most attention.

Munyer got attention alright on Saturday night.  All for the wrong reasons unfortunately.  His work left a lot to be desired.

Munyer snapped a number of low balls to quarterback Josh Rosen in shotgun situations.  It not only put Rosen in precarious positions, but left him scrambling at times.

Low snaps ruin the rhythm of a quarterback.  One snap was so bad, it didn’t get off the ground.  It just rolled to Rosen.

The center position is up for grabs with the season-ending injury to A.Q. Shipley.  Rookie Mason Cole is the starter and will definitely remain that way for the near future.

Munyer sure didn’t act like a player ready to take hold of an up for grabs position.  In fact he played more like a guy that was told he had no shot of making the team.  So far, mission is being accomplished.
