Vontarrius Dora

He is probably the closest to a lock on defense from all of the bubble guys on the team.  Dora, who has played well overall this preseason, did not disappoint on Sunday.

Dora’s name was called multiple times on air Sunday.  He sacked Cowboys quarterbacks three times.

The way Dora can break down the offensive line and find his way to the quarterback proves very good technique.  He’s just bowling people over.

Now, the competition will get tougher in the regular season.  Dora will be a backup but can you imagine this guy coming in and spelling Chandler Jones?

It’s almost as if the Cardinals wouldn’t be losing a step.  Dora still has to prove he can do it in this league game in and game out.  The Cardinals should be that next team to give him a shot to let us all find out.

Dora should get some time on Thursday night just in case anyone still had any doubts.  Once the regular season starts it will be fun to watch him do this against starters.
