Arizona Cardinals look to start 2018 off right vs Redskins

Injuries/prediction
The Cardinals have already ruled out defensive end Markus Golden. However he just came off of the PUP list last weekend. He did not practice all week.
Questionable for Sunday for the Cardinals are tight end Jermaine Gresham, who was limited this week coming off of PUP as well. Running back T.J. Logan is the other offensive player questionable.
On the defense, tackles Robert Nkemdiche and Olsen Pierre were questionable. However tackle Corey Peters finally was a full participant in practice on Friday and will play.
As for the Redskins, the only player ruled out is receiver Maurice Harris. He has been in concussion protocol, did not practice all week and will not play. Receiver Jamison Crowder did not practice on Friday either but it was non-football related. He will play Sunday.
So much to try and figure out for Sunday. The first couple of weeks are difficult because you just don’t know where things will go on either side of the ball.
Like other matchups with the Redskins, I expect the Cardinals to keep it close. Let’s give them the close win based on home field. They will start out the year with a win. Cardinals 27 Redksins 24
