Cardinals decide to run up the middle with Chase Edmonds the rest of the season

You know, I wish I was fully kidding on this.  It would seem like just the thing this coaching staff woulds decide to do.

I like Edmonds but his usage in certain situations just has left us scratching our heads.  Plus, the young man needs to learn how to catch a football, exhibited Sunday in the win over the San Francisco 49ers.

He will be a star someday, but that day isn’t coming in the 2018 season.  Right now it should be all David Johnson and then some.

You can’t abandon Edmonds all together but in order for him to be successful, the running game has to be healthy before him.  That means a successful Johnson and an even more successful offensive line in blocking.

So, this likely won’t be the announcement.  If Johnson isn’t getting the job done up the middle, then Edmonds is definitely not going to with this line in front of him.
