The matchups

One of the matchups we should look forward to is Rodgers against the Cardinals secondary, more specifically cornerback Patrick Peterson.  With the roster moves the Cardinals have recently made, would Rodgers even look Peterson’s way?  The Cardinals should put Peterson on Packers receiver Davante Adams all day.

Another matchup to watch is Cardinals running back David Johnson against the Packers rushing defense.  The Packers are giving up almost 123-yards per game rushing (122.9 average).

Not only are they giving up the total yards but they also give up an average of 4.1-yards per carry this season.  Of course, the Cardinals offensive line needs to help there as well and we all know what a chore that can be at times.

It will be yet another test for Cardinals quarterback Josh Rosen.  How will he handle the cold weather?  He basically disappeared after the first quarter last week against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Rosen could have a tough day, although the Packers have only grabbed six interceptions this season to date.  It is the forced fumbles Rosen and the Cardinals need to pay more attention to, as the Packers have forced 14 of them this season.
