#7 San Francisco 49ers

This too is one that can be done by car as well but it will take you about twice as long as the trip to Los Angeles.  There is plenty to do in the bay area outside of the football game.

There are excursions that could be taken to Alcatraz or Fisherman’s Wharf.  Go take a long walk up and down the streets of downtown San Francisco.

That being said, don’t forget the 49ers play in Santa Clara.  It’s not exactly near downtown.  There is the BART system to get you around however.

Typically it is a little more expensive to fly into San Francisco.  If you do go up for this game, I suggest flying through Oakland.  Usually that is your cheaper option.

You could get any kind of weather however given this game is in mid-November.  You may also want to consider you may have just seen the 49ers at State Farm Stadium just three weeks earlier on Halloween.
