#2 New York Giants
It doesn’t get bigger than New York City for sure. Even though the game is technically in New Jersey at MetLife Stadium, chances are you are flying through New York to get there.
There are countless restaurants and attractions in New York. Sure, you have the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, and the Empire State Building. However you can also catch a show on Broadway or try to get seats for one of the number of talk shows that air live from New York.
Schedules for the NHL and NBA won’t be released until later this summer but there is always the chance of catching a second sporting event during your trip. Another good day trip is to go out to Long Island.
Take a trip to eastern tip of the island of Montauk. They have a beautiful lighthouse there. If you are lucky enough when you go through East Hampton to get there, you might even spot a celebrity or two.
